Job Site Pro - a web-based application built on PHP/MySQL for creating a multifunctional Job Board Site. It includes advanced management tools for both Job Seeker and the Employer and can be used in setting up a Job Board Site for specific countries, regional Job Site or a general Job Site.

In Job Board Site Mode job seekers will be able to search jobs, create and upload multiple resumes, apply for jobs online. Employers will be able to create their company profile, post their vacancies and search resumes.

In Employment Agency mode vacancies of your agency only will be published. Only Job Seekers will be able to signup, Employers won’t be able to register on the site in such mode.

You can switch from one mode to another with a click of a mouse.

Job Seeker

Different search options available
Job Seekers can choose between quick and advanced search forms available on the site. Job Seekers can search vacancies by Location, Job Category, Job Title (search by keywords) and other search criteria.
Ability to browse jobs by Job Category, by State/Region, view all jobs posted by a specific employer/company.
Save time using ‘Save Search’ feature, load saved search criteria during next time you search for vacancies or remove saved searches if you don’t need them anymore.
Search results show short description of the vacancies. From there Job Seekers can view full description of the vacancy or view all the vacancies of the specified employer.
Apply for a job with a click of the mouse. Employer will contact you via internal messaging system if your candidacy makes employer interested. If Job Seeker is still doubting whether to apply for a job or not, there is an opportunity to add the job to ‘Saved Jobs’ list and decide later.

Resume posting
Job Seekers can post multiple resumes on the site. It is possible to either just copy/paste your resume into the system or use our ‘Upload’ option and load Resume in a Word Doc, HTML or .TXT version. In this case employers will be able to download your Resume.
Resumes can be modified any time later.

‘Lifting up’ candidacy in employers search results
Every day more and more candidates register on the site searching for a job. New candidates appear higher in employers’ search results. You will be able to provide your site users an opportunity to ‘lift up’ their candidacy in search results. You will need to set a cost for this service and your site members will be able to make instant online payment through one of the preinstalled payment gateways to use this service.

Quick Statistics
A Job Seeker can track how many times his candidacy was viewed by employers during a day, a week and a month. It is possible to view how many employers saved Applicant’s candidacy per a week and per a month. Statistics is also provided for the number of vacancies a Job Seeker viewed.

Notifications
Job seekers have an ability to sign up for notifications to keep informed.
The following notifications are available for Job Seekers:
— If there is a new message in their mailbox
— If someone viewed Job Seeker’s resume(s)
Job seeker can modify their subscriptions any time.

Search Resumes and Post Jobs
Using Job Site Pro employers can search for candidates using keywords search, specifying location, Job Category, Work Experience and Degree Level. Filter search results by date, job title, salary or user name of the job seekers.
There is a possibility to Save Applicant to saved applicants list and decide on their candidacy later. Employers can view saved applicants any time.
To view resumes or post jobs employers will need to pay for these services. Administrator can create different packages with different number of resumes views, job postings, set different cost; combination packages can be provided including both resume views and job postings.
Instant online payment can be done through one of the preinstalled payment gateways. Once paid, employer will have access to the service he paid for.

Company profile and logo
During registration process employers can create their Company Profile and include their company’s logotype. Profile can be modified any time.
Once registered, employers can add Job Postings, make them active or inactive (inactive job postings don’t appear in search results), modify job postings anytime or remove them.
There is a special section available to view Job Applications received and filter them using different criteria.

‘Lifting up’ Job Postings
Since more Job Postings are added, yours can get lost in search results giving ground in search results. If you want your Job Postings appear at the top of Job Seekers’ search results, you can use service - ‘Lift up’ Job Posting. Using it, you will have an opportunity to raise your Job Posting in search results.

Quick Statistics
Employers can view statistics on ‘Views’ for each of Job Postings.
Statistics is also provided on the number of members view your Job Postings, added your Job Postings to their ‘Saved Jobs’ and number of resumes employer viewed.
Employers can also view the position of their Job Posting that will probably influence on their decision to ‘lift up’ their vacancy in search results.

Notifications

Search Options
There are 4 property search options available: “looking to sell”, “looking to lease”, “looking to buy” and “looking to rent”. You can turn off options “looking to buy” and “looking to rent”, if you plan to launch a site for an individual realtor or Real Estate company that is a site providing its visitors with only property for sale and for lease.
The search is made by means of 7 parameters: kind of operation (buy, sell), property type (apartment complex, beach property and so on), location (country, state/region, city), number of bedrooms, with/without photos, move date, price. Search results are sorted out by: move date, price, publication date and other parameters. Also there’s Advanced search option that helps to find the necessary property by means of mentioning of all the search parameters.

Multiple listing service compatibility
The possibility of your site connection to any multiple listing service organizations such as IDX, MLS, SIA and other (on request).

Property type
The site represents 41 property type: starting with mobile home and apartment and finishing with island. You can either broaden it or limit via administration panel.

Property description
Detailed property description via different characteristics: live and total square footage, floor number and total number of floors, minimal distance to the subway, furnished or not, price variants etc.
28 types of accommodations: balcony/deck, billiards room, canalization, grill and so on.
19 types of appliances. For example: Air conditioning, Alarm Clock, Blender, CD Player.
18 types of activities available in the neighborhood. Among them boating, cycling , fishing , golf , hiking , horseback riding.
18 types of environment, surroundings as for example: beach service (available), disability access, fitness center, golf nearby, high-rise buildings , lake view and so on.

People description
If you lease the property you can set the requirements for your future tenants, such as, age, gender, orientation, pets, material state tolerance to smoke, drinking, drugs . It goes without saying, you can set all these characteristics to a future buyer if you sell some exclusive property. If you have a database of users, you will be able to import it.

Photo, video, maps
You can add video and photo to a listing. Having set the exact address of the property, you will be able to view it on Yahoo Maps.

View variants that match your criteria
Once you have created your own listing, you can use the option “View variants that match your criteria” and get a list of results according to your listing requirements.

The period or the listing to stay active
You can set the time period when your listing will be active starting from some definite date. Let’s say you sell the house from the May, 1. If the listing is not actual anymore, you can make it inactive or remove.

How to contact you
Every listing contains contact phone number. Members can also make use of internal mailbox system and online contact forms.

View Statistics for your listings
You can track the statistics for your listings and see who viewed your listings, who browsed your profile, added you to Hot List or got interested in you. Also, there’s a Black List option to get rid of officious.

Newly added useful features
- Now site visitors can print listings.
- There are new types of status available for listings - “Sold” and “Leased”. Listings with such status are displayed in search results.
- All members’ listings are now provided with search friendly links.
